Background
- Tarryn Witter holds a 15% interest in the firm and is a founder member thereof. She joined Blake Bester Inc. as a candidate attorney in December 2007, was admitted as an attorney in April 2009 and served as an associate at Blake Bester Inc. under Corien Potgieter until September 2011.
- Tarryn’s fields of practice include all aspects of family law including divorces, maintenance, contact and care disputes, as well as general commercial litigation and commercial drafting including the drafting of general corporate agreements such as sale of land agreements, commercial leases, joint venture agreements, employment contracts and disciplinary codes, as well as Memorandums of Incorporation and Shareholders’ Agreements in line with the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
